Hello, I'm Rhonda, the owner of Sew-Again. Based in Springbrook just south of Red Deer, Alberta, I provide precise clothing alterations and custom dressmaking, combining meticulous attention to detail with vintage-inspired craftsmanship for everyday garments, bridal, and grad dresses.

I bring over 30 years of experience as a seamstress and designer. I am a graduate of Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary and studied at Emily Carr College of Art and Design in Vancouver as well. My career began in Vancouver, where I sewed for numerous top designers, working on fine dresses, streetwear, hats, theatre costumes, leatherwear, and mountain bike racing clothing and accessories.

I spent 20 years living in Germany, where I refined my craft further. I worked alongside skilled masters and developed a deep appreciation for traditional techniques and detailed workmanship. 

I have been back in Alberta for 8 years now and am happy to bring my experience home to my customers.  

Sew-Again is friendly, cozy alterations and clothing design studio filled with antiques, located in a former Air Force Base house in Springbrook, Alberta -just 5 minutes south of Red Deer, and just past Gasoline Alley.

Services include everyday clothing alterations and tailoring, hemming, zipper replacements, size adjustments, and repairs; bridal and graduation dresses, vintage garments, workwear and leather clothing, accessories, and select home items like cushions, curtains, and blankets.
